Restaurant Employee Relief Fund
The Bay Shore Historical Society Restaurant Employee Relief Fund will provide grants to local restaurant employees who have been impacted by COVID-19.

To qualify for grant assistance, you must satisfy the following requirements:
* Currently live in Bay Shore, NY.
* Worked in a restaurant or bar located in Bay Shore, NY.
* Complete the Application Form (including last two pay stubs).

Important:
*You will need to create a free Gmail account, or sign in with your existing Google credentials in order to submit the form.
* Please be sure ALL the information you enter is accurate.

Due to an overwhelming response, the Bay Shore Historical Society Restaurant Employee Relief Fund is not currently accepting new applications. Those wishing to apply should continue to monitor the website for any future updates.  Donations continue to be accepted to assist additional local restaurant workers.

Grants will be awarded as soon as possible to those individuals who meet the above eligibility criteria, as reviewed and verified by the Bay Shore Historical Society.  Subject to the availability of funds contributed to the Fund, a one-time grant of $250 will be sent via check directly to the address provided in the application and made out directly to the applicant. Awards will be limited to one grant per person.

We are asking for those who are able, to consider making a DONATION to support the Bay Shore residents and families that need financial help during this time.

Donations can be mailed to the Historical Society or dropped in the mailbox at the Gibson-Mack-Holt House.

Checks should be made payable to the Bay Shore Historical Society. Please include a note in the check memo that the donation is for the Employee Relief Fund.
